Charleville, Outback Queensland hosts the unique Bilby Experience. Visit the Breeding Programme and learn all about these endearing endangered marsupials. Come visit, meet and enjoy a wildlife experience that is close to our hearts and will become close to yours as well, Become apart of the fight to Save the Bilbies.
Four nights weekly Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday nights from 6.00 p.m. until 7.15 p.m. from April to October. (Special Tours by arrangement).

OBSERVATORY: Our special observatory is unique, an entire roof is rolled off to reveal powerful Meade telescopes.
A never to be forgotten journey of the night sky.
There is nothing quite like seeing the distant stars & planets with your own eyes through our magnificent telescopes.
GUIDES: Experienced night sky guides take you on a journey through the Cosmos. Share their knowledge and see the universe like you have never seen it before.
DAY TIME ACTIVITIES
ASTRONOMY BY DAY: Sit and enjoy a short film "Journey to Infinity" in the only cinema in Charleville. Experience the Hands on Displays in the Information Zone. Hold meteorites in your hand when our guides do 'show and tell' with our fabulous collection of meteorites. Then hear why Pluto was taken out of the Planet Club.
