Bookings for the Charleville Cosmos Centre & Observatory can be made via the phone or online. When the first session is fully booked, we open later sessions and through the winter period operate twilight sessions as required.

Your booking must be paid for by 3pm on the day of your Observatory Session.
For groups over ten people payment is required 24 hours in advance.
Credit Card payment over the phone is accepted. These details are kept secure and not processed until 5pm on the day of your session. If you cannot make it please phone and confirm cancellation as 'no shows' will still be charged.

Cancellation after 3pm- no refund unless the seats booked can be sold elsewhere
Cancellation before 3pm- full refund
Cloudy nights- full refund when complete session is cancelled; partial refund if session cannot be completed
